Event Details

Take the stress out of this holiday season with a Thanksgiving Meal Kit from Meanwhile Brewing and the food trucks onsite!

The Thanksgiving Feast features pre-made curated and celebrated dishes + Meanwhile beer, so you can spend more time with family and less time cooking.

Delectable dishes from all of the residing food trucks (Side Eye Pie, Pueblo Viejo, Distant Relatives, Songbird and Bésame), plus a selection of your favorite beers, and even an optional add on of Rye Whiskey from our neighbors at Fierce Whiskers, there’s an option for everyone!


Orders must be placed before Nov 21st at 5pm.

The Drinks

  • Meanwhile Brewing Co: 3 (4 packs) of celebrated core brands, seasonal offerings, or collaborative releases - your choice!

  • (optional add on, +$56) Fierce Whiskers: Texas Straight Rye Whiskey, picked up from the distillery just down the street.


The Feast

  • Distant Relatives: Pecan Smoked Turkey Breast with Creole Onion Gravy (3 lbs)

  • Pueblo Viejo: Chicken Tamales with Salsa Verde and Pork Tamales with Salsa Roja (6 of each)

  • Side Eye Pie: Smooth & Buttery Duck Fat Mashed Potatoes

  • Side Eye Pie: Italian Chopped Salad with Romaine, Arugula, Sopressata Salami, Pepperoncini, Castelvetrano Olives, Roasted Bell Peppers, Fontina Cheese and served with Oregano Vinaigrette or House Made Ranch Dressing

  • Songbird: Thanksgiving Salad with Honey Gochujang Roasted Delicata Squash, Pickled Cranberries, Roasted Pepitas, Fresh Ricotta, Kale, and served with Pink Peppercorn Vinaigrette


Dessert

  • Side Eye Pie: Pumpkin Spiced Tiramisu with Coffee-Soaked Ladyfingers, Marscapone, Cacao, and Pumpkin Pie Spice

FAQ

Where do I pick up my order?

  • At Meanwhile Brewing Co! Please have your ID ready at the bar. If you also ordered Fierce Whiskers’ Texas Straight Rye Whiskey, we will give you a ticket and you’ll head over to Fierce Whiskers just around the corner (5333 Fleming Ct) to grab your bottle of whiskey. Again, have your ID ready.


When do I pick up my order?

  • We will follow up with you via the email you provided with a form to input your preferred pickup time and date as well as your beverage selections. Pickups will be on November 26 and 27th from 10am-6pm both days. Please ensure your email is correct!


Can we substitute or change any items?

  • Our Thanksgiving menu has been carefully crafted by the incredibly talented collective food trucks that reside at Meanwhile Brewing. There will be no substitutions, omissions, or adjustments to the offerings. With such a diverse menu, we truly believe there’s something for everyone at your gathering!


My original pickup time no longer works, can I come at a different time?


I can no longer pick up my food at all. Can I get a refund?

  • Orders are nonrefundable. Thanks for understanding!


Do I need to be 21 or over to place and pick up an order?

  • Yes! We will be checking IDs.
